TESTING PHASE

 

      Testing, evaluation, and adaptation of chosen good practices in the local context in PL, CZ, EE, MK, and RO. The objective is to test and validate adapted tools and methods.

 

Key milestones:

  • revision/ adaptation of enrolment procedures

  • in-house training for teachers and administrative staff  

  • selection/elaboration and adaptation of tools for teachers

  • monthly skype mentoring sessions with other partners (supervision and coordination by P3)

  • self/internal validation of applied good practices, tools, methods and approaches to inclusive education

  • formulation of practical recommendations for local/national level

 

Measurable indicators (deliverables/outputs/results):

  • in-house training for teachers and administrative staff  programme

  • Content training materials for participants

  • Toolboxes adapted to local conditions

  • Validated programme for each piloting partner (PL, CZ , EE, MK, and RO)
