Role of the partner from Instituto di Sociologia Internazionale di Gorizia - Institute of International Sociology of Gorizia
ISIG is in charge for the social research part of the project. ISIG provide to partners instruction concerning the initial benchmarking in order to receive updated regional/national information through case studies collection.
ISIG organizes FGs and designs the quantitative research to be deployed by all partners and analyses data. ISIG provides the needs analysis frame to be integrated into the project development and the dissemination plan. It is also in charge for the whole project evaluation (internal involving partners and external involving experts). ISIG will host a meeting jointly with the project manager.
Due to its professional experience and field of expertise, ISGI will contribute to study visit and experts’ forum to be held in Dungannon to share knowledge, methods, and approaches towards inclusive education for children with migration background. We will also assist piloting partners to adapt selected good practices to their local conditions.
ISIG will be responsible for completing Handbook 2 (analysis of adaptations of education systems - state of the art, success factors, obstacles, recommendations for local, national and EU level policy makers). ISIG will actively participate in dissemination and be upscaling of the project.

Role of the partner from Windmill Integrated Primary School
We will host a study visit in 2017 of the partners to allow them to see how children and families with migration background are integrated into our classes, share our experience, methods and tools & we will organise a conference to share advice and good practice from other schools and organisations in our town, with participation of experts of different fields regarding successful inclusion of children and families with migration background into preschool and local community.
Later in the project, P3 will be mentoring other partners (preschools - teachers and staff) through regular Skype meetings, helping them to process their experience, validate tools and better understand their key role in successful inclusion.
Overall, our role will be to provide practical experience, case studies, and tested methods, which proved to be successful in multicultural learning environments. We will participate in the research led. Windmill Integrated Primary School will actively participate in dissemination and upscaling of the project.


Role of the partner from Centre for Intercultural Dialogue
Role of CID in the project is to directly apply, adapt and evaluate the proposed curricula and tools in working with preschools, children and families with migration background in Macedonia.
CID will support the process of the research in Macedonia offering an overview of the existing educational system, the comparative advantages and disadvantages it has and how we can learn and build up the system for better inclusion of the children and families with migration background in educational processes.
CID will organize the local focus group on inclusive education in Macedonia and will send participants to the expert forum and study visit. CID will implement the testing of good practices in Macedonia with a couple of local educational institutions in Kumanovo, the MultiKulti youth center. Also, the partner will send representatives to the partners meeting.
CID will actively participate in monthly Skype meetings, share the experience with other partners. We will contribute to elaboration and adaptation of tools, methods, and approaches selected for testing as good practices and their assessment, validation and further improvement. We will actively participate in dissemination and be upscaling of the project.
Role of the partner from Eesti People to People
Role of Eesti People to People would be to run research on inclusive education in the field of inclusion of migrant children in Estonia and collect data for the research report to be made. Eesti People to People will also participate in the study visit and experts forum to be held in Dungannon (UK). We will contribute to elaboration and adaptation of tools, methods, and approaches selected for testing as good practices and their assessment, validation and further improvement.
Eesti will organize the local focus group on inclusive education in Estonia and will send participants to the expert forum and study visit. We will be also responsible for launching and fostering collaboration with preschools in Estonia where the inclusion educational programme will be implemented for testing.
Eesti People to People will actively participate in monthly Skype meetings, share our experience with other partners. We will actively participate in project dissemination and be upscaling.


Role of the partner from EduCentrum
EDUcentrum is an organization with experience in education and training, training of educators especially. In addition, EDUcentrum has carried out a number of education-related surveys in both Czech and international context. As a result, EDUcentrum maintains a contact network with primary and pre-primary schools in the Czech Republic. As a result, the added value EDUcentrum brings to the projects fills into several categories: a)know-how related to the specific educational context in the Czech Republic b)expertise in education-related research in the Czech educational system c)experience in development of knowledge, skills, and competencies of primary and pre-primary teachers.

Role of the partner from Grădinița cu program prelungit Perluțele mării, Constanța
The kindergarten and its staff primary task will be to prepare the kindergarten as an early education institution for the provision of a high-quality educational programme for the inclusion of children having migration experience. This embraces engaged participation in partners meetings, study visit and experts forum in UK and organization of focus group with stakeholders in Romania. We will be also responsible for data collection for the research on inclusive education in the field of inclusion of migrant children in Romania.
We will prepare and implement/ test the programme through all the school year and frame&run a Summer Kindergarten Programme.
Role of our kindergarten would be to run research on inclusive education in the field of inclusion of migrant children in Romania (Constanta) and collect data for the research report to be prepared.
We will contribute to elaboration and adaptation of tools, methods, and approaches selected for testing as good practices and their assessment, validation and further improvement. We will be also responsible for testing of the inclusion educational programme in our institution.
As a partner, we will send representatives to the partners meeting, actively participate in monthly Skype meetings, share our experience with other partners, in the project development, dissemination and upscaling with the special focus on accessing the policymakers and other public institutions responsible for early education in Romania.


Role of the partner from Grădinița nr. 43. Oradea
We do not have knowledge and experience in the inclusive education of migrant children but we want to learn from partners with these experience how to develop inclusive programmes for kindergartens.
The kindergarten and its staff primary task will be to prepare the kindergarten as an early education institution for the provision of high-quality educational programme for the inclusion of children having migration experience. This embraces engaged participation in partners meetings, study visit and experts forum in UK and organization of focus group with stakeholders in Romania. We will be also responsible for data collection for the research on inclusive education in the field of inclusion of migrant children in Romania.
We will prepare and implement/ test the programme through all the school year and Summer Kindergarten Programme.
We will contribute to elaboration and adaptation of tools, methods, and approaches selected for testing as good practices and their assessment, validation and further improvement. We will be also responsible for testing of the inclusion educational programme in our institution.
As a partner we will send representatives to the partners meeting, participate in the project development, dissemination and upscaling with the special focus on accessing the policymakers and other public institutions responsible for early education in Romania.
Role of the partner from Folkuniversitetet Kursverksamheten vid Lunds Universitetet
Folksuniversitet will be responsible for providing knowledge and experience supported by practical guidance on work with children with migration background.
We will contribute to research and adaptation of good practices to the needs and conditions of those partner countries which are going to test selected good practices.
We will provide experts for Experts forum in Dungannon and be engaged in the preparation of handbooks as results of the project. Folksuniversitier is also going to be engaged in dissemination and upscaling of the project results.


Role of the partner from Przedszkole Miejskie nr. 152
The kindergarten and its staff primary task will be to prepare the kindergarten as an early education institution for the provision of the high-quality educational programme for the inclusion of children and families with migration background. This embraces engaged participation in partners meetings, study visit and experts forum in UK and co-organisation of a focus group with stakeholders in Poland. We will be also responsible for data collection for the research on inclusive education in the field of inclusion of migrant children in Poland. We will prepare and implement/ test the programme through all the school year.
We will contribute to elaboration and adaptation of tools, methods, and approaches selected for testing as good practices and their assessment, validation and further improvement.
As a partner we will send representatives to the partners meeting, participate in the project development, dissemination and upscaling with a special focus on accessing the policymakers and other public institutions responsible for early education in Poland. We will actively participate in project dissemination and be upscaling.
